In order to make the concerts a success we will probably need to invite more than those attending the full summit. Perhaps we could charge £7 just for one concert or £12 for both but include this cost in the charge for those attending the full hit. In terms of people dropping in and out as time allows, I guess places at the sessions should be free unless they stay over or eat with us.
